Well hello there! Welcome to Body by Beef, the keto food blog that’s all about delicious, low-carb eats. I’m your host and resident carnivore, Tom. And let me tell you, I’ve got a story for you.

You see, I was a big guy. And not in the cool, muscular way either. Nope, I’m talking about the kind of big that makes it hard to find clothes that fit, makes it difficult to tie your shoes, and makes it impossible to keep up with your kids. I was fat, plain and simple.

But that all changed when I discovered the wonders of the ketogenic diet. It’s amazing what cutting carbs and upping your fat intake can do for your body. I lost weight, gained energy, and started feeling like a whole new man. And I did it all while chowing down on some seriously delicious food.

That’s where Body by Beef comes in. I started this blog to share my love of keto-friendly cooking with the world. And let me tell you, there’s a lot more to it than just bacon and eggs (although those are pretty darn good too).

I’m a big believer in the power of real, whole foods. That means lots of meat (hence the name), veggies, and healthy fats like avocado and olive oil. And just because we’re cutting carbs doesn’t mean we’re sacrificing flavor. I’ve got recipes for everything from juicy steaks to creamy, dreamy desserts that will make your taste buds sing.
